Vyacheslav Volodin condemns England's responsibility in the creation of fascism

Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin said at the plenary meeting: "England's role in atrocities and the creation of concentration camps is obvious. But there's a reason why this is being hushed up: England itself does everything it can to create problems in other countries, emphasizing that they are undemocratic and labeling them as such.
