Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke at a Meeting of the Board of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation. While he did not specifically mention it, this address comes on the fourth anniversary of the launch of the Special Military Operation in Ukraine.
As the talk was addressed to members of the FSB, the topics remained logistical in terms of security, but noted the recent attacks by Ukraine against Russian military, infrastructural, and civilian targets.
Unless there is another address scheduled later today, this is the closest thing that Putin has made in recognizing the anniversary of the war.
