On the fourth anniversary of Russia's Special Military Operation and NATO's responding proxy war through Ukraine, I will be taking part in a all-star five-way panel with Professor Jeffrey Sachs, Professor Glenn Diesen - @GDiesen1 Professor Nicolai Petro, and Pascal Lottaz of Neutrality Studies - @neutralitystudies

Our talk will be part webinar, and part discussion and analysis which not only assesses the current military situation on the groud in Ukraine, but the efforts -- fleeting as they seem -- in finding a negotiated solution to ending the conflict.

Are the role of European powers in supporting Ukraine helpful or an obstacle?
How serious is the United States in finding a solution to the war?
